After a devastating break-up, Addie retreats to her grandpa’s home in the suburbs of Los Angeles. She expects a weekend of joyful distraction, but instead finds her grandpa still mourning the loss of his late wife. Her grandpa could use Addie’s support and comfort too. When Addie discovers his secret past as a tandem bike riding champion, she urges him to teach her how to ride. Together, with a few crashes along the way, in learning to ride, the two find the healing they are seeking.
